Tailored Gents is very fortunate to have the ability to offer two distinct garment makes: Made to Measure and Bespoke. Made to Measure, in which garments are produced with a combination of machine and handwork, uses pre-existing patterns for the jacket, vest and trousers. These can be revised based on the client’s skin measurements and posture readings. Although there are some limitations on what can be changed to the existing pattern for Made to Measure, Tailored Gents achieves great results with this process.

The Bespoke process is for that discerning gentleman who is seeking our best make without compromise! Imagine owning a pair of 3 year old leather gloves after several winters up North. Now, compare the comfort and internal feel of these gloves to a pair of brand new leather gloves. Night and day difference!

Bespoke suiting is very similar in this fashion as our garments are constructed by hand. Hand set stitching on seams especially around the armhole and shoulders have less tension compared to a machine produced garment. So, you’ll experience comfort without comprise to the overall drape and stature of the garment. After selecting fabric from the world’s most renowned mills and participating in our measuring process, we’ll deliver a *basted fitting garment to confirm or modify the pattern of the garment (*garment assembled with selected cloth based on our specs and measurements, but can be revised before final finishing). We’ll then send back your garment to the factory for final finishing and delivery.
